Delivery Policy

Delivery in Nicosia and nearby areas, cost is €5. Additional transport costs may be incurred for delivery in rural areas of Nicosia.
Delivery for Nicosia is 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday from 9.00-18.30).
Sunday delivery is available for popular name days.
ONLY Orders for delivery outside the Nicosia area will be delivered by a local florist.
Same Day delivery to Nicosia are made when the order is completed by 16:00 local time. After 16.00, please contact us to make other arrangements.
Delivery outside Nicosia takes place from Monday to Saturday (Sundays only if it is a popular name day). It is advised you place your order at least 1 day before the delivery date.

If delivery is in a remote place, it is advisable that you communicate with us first.
When we receive your order, the delivery department will contact the recipient to arrange a convenient time for delivery. Delivery is made correctly and anonymously.
If you do not want us to contact the recipient, then delivery can only be made at the recipient’s workplace, where if the recipient is not present, the gift will be left there without us incurring any liability for final receipt of the gift.
In the case that the customer does not want us to contact the recipient and the delivery is residential, we can carry out a single delivery trial, but if for any reason we fail to deliver, your gift will be returned to our store and the recipient or you will have to pick it up from here. We will not make a second delivery trial.

After your order has been delivered you will receive an automated e-mail from the system which will confirm that your order has been received by us. Within the next few hours, you will receive a non-automated e-mail confirming the receipt of the order or potential problems. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours of the dispatch of your order, please contact us.

If you choose to pay by bank 1) any bank expenses that may occur are paid by the customer, 2) your order will be delivered ONLY when the money is received in our account, this could take up to 5 working days.
